Tips, Rules , Our Suggestion (required)

WE WILL CONTACT YOU 3 DAYS BEFORE THE PARTY FOR THE FINAL CONFIRMATION.

Let’s say, you have a party at 12:00.
You can invite guests to show up at 11:00 then children can play in the public area for an hour. After 1-hour playtime, we make an announcement for the party so that you can start the party on time. After the party, you and your guests are welcome to stay as long as you want in the public area.

I HAVE READ AND AGREE TO THE TERMS BELOW ;

• Please make sure everyone is wearing socks.*
• No outside food or drinks allowed besides the birthday cake for the party table.*
• No latex balloons, only the aluminum ones allowed.*
• No confetti, glow sticks or piñata's.*
• We require a $60+GST non-refundable deposit to reserve your party table!*
• Everyone, both children and parents, have to remove their shoes before entering the facility.*

PLAYLAND RULES :

Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising their own children. PlayLand is not responsible for your children's safety or any injuries that may result from unsafe play or inappropriate use of playground equipment. Socks must be worn at all times. Socks can be purchased at the entrance desk if you do not have any. Please ensure that you and your children are free of illness. No food or drinks allowed from outside. We ask that all food and beverages be purchased in our cafe area. If your children have certain dietary needs, please explain these to a staff member upon entering so we can accommodate your needs.

PlayLand is a nut aware facility. Although we ask patrons to be considerate of nut-free, we cannot effectively monitor and guarantee to be nut-free. Food must remain in the cafe area or the party tables. No chewing gum allowed in the facility as it is a choking hazard. No costumes, glitter, sparkles, or sharp objects on clothing or body are permitted in order to preserve the safety and playability in our play equipment.

In order to maintain a safe and welcoming environment, management reserves the right to refuse entry or terminate your visit at any time. Rules & Policies subject to change as management fit to operate safely. Please inquire further if you have any questions. Strollers are not allowed in the facility. Please keep strollers in the car as there is limited space available in the entrance area to store them. Please remove all loose articles from pockets. No Climbing on nets inside or outside the play area. Toddler zone will close at 8pm for cleaning everyday. We are not responsible for any loss, damage or theft of personal items. Please use lockers provided if you have valuable items.
